There is nothing quite as rewarding as watching a seed of potential grow into a flourishing career. When we launched the very first Mentorship Matters Africa (MMA) cohort last year, our goal was to provide the “wisdom and guidance” necessary for young leaders to navigate their paths with confidence.

Today, we are celebrating a major milestone for one of our own.

The Evolution of a Leader

She joined us as a mentee in our inaugural program, bringing with her a deep commitment to personal development and a clear vision for her future. Throughout the sessions, she didn’t just listen, she applied. She took the principles of SMART goals and resilience and wove them into her professional journey.

After completing the program, she continued to excel, and we are incredibly proud to share that she has now been offered a position as Assistant Officer for the African Hub at the organization where she recently served her internship.
