Why We Exist:
Founder Story
About
Mentorship Matters Africa was founded to address a simple but powerful truth: young professionals often have potential, but not everyone has someone to guide them. Our founder, Endah, experienced firsthand the transformative power of mentorship. Inspired to create a platform where mentorship is accessible, intentional, and tailored, she launched MMA to support Africans in discovering their career paths, building confidence, and achieving their dreams.

Founder Mission Statement
I am a career transition coach and mentor who supports young professionals, whether they are recent university graduates or individuals transitioning into a tech career. Through a blend of structured guidance, personal and purpose driven mentorship, I help them uncover their true purpose/goal and develop strategic plans to achieve them. My approach fosters trust, comfort, and self-belief, empowering clients to navigate their career paths and overcome challenges confidently. I deliver this through an online program that begins with group coaching and mentorship, refines into subgroups based on individual needs, and offers personalized 1:1 sessions when necessary.
