Who We Are

Mentorship Matters Africa (MMA) is a movement dedicated to supporting beginners, career changers, and underrepresented individuals in their journey into the tech industry. Our mission is to provide mentorship, tech tips, and career advice by sharing our personal experiences and knowledge.

Our Impact

At Mentorship Matters Africa, we believe that diversity and inclusivity are key to driving innovation and growth in the tech industry. By sharing our own journeys and providing valuable resources, we hope to make a positive impact on the tech community in Africa and beyond.

Our Journey – Our Story

About

In March 2024, on International Women’s Day, our founder Endah brought together a small circle of passionate people for the first-ever Mentorship Matters Africa event.
What began as a single gathering soon grew into a movement, uncovering purpose, breaking barriers, and connecting individuals to learn and grow together. From personal branding to digital skills and tech expertise, we’ve built a community where support is real and dreams turn into action.
