Fuashi Gizel
MMA Ambassador & Content Creator
“The past weeks at Mentorship Matters Africa have been nothing short of healing, reassurance, self-discovery, and renewed confidence. It has been a journey of finding clarity and regaining my sense of purpose. Mentorship doesn’t just guide you; it refines your why, strengthens your confidence, and helps you avoid mistakes. You don’t have to walk your journey alone.”
Gizel turned her profound experience with MMA’s curriculum into active leadership. As an Ambassador and contributor to the MMA engine, she uses her voice and powerful writing, including her feature piece “Breaking the Pattern”, to help other African youths step out of uncertainty and navigate their growth with bold intention.
Catherine Bato

“Every great leader and mentor is a byproduct of good mentorship. After completing MMA’s mind-blowing program, I learned that discovering your purpose is the first big step to contributing positively to the world. There is immense power and potential within you, you just have to find your Ikigai.”
Georgette joined Mentorship Matters Africa to unlock her own potential and has since stepped up as an Ambassador. She is now actively leading the charge toward our mission of mentoring 1 million purpose-driven leaders by 2030.
